HOT !

20cmThis is a hand-carved Kamakura-bori storage box/sewing box.It dates back to the Showa era, so it has a different feel than modern, machine-made items. Its precise construction includes air holes and gaps to prevent the drawers from being pushed back by wind pressure. It has five drawers and an upper compartment, making it useful as a sewing box or accessory case. There are no noticeable scratches, but there is some deterioration to the corners and other areas due to age. However, it does not detract from the beauty of the item.It is popular with overseas guests.
